Easy To Execute: We have an established process for hosting fundraising events, which makes planning and executing the event much easier for community organizations. For example, you begin your planning by connecting directly with us through our online fundraising system.
Win-Win: Fundraising events held at any of our Campfire Concepts stores benefit both the restaurant and the community organization, with the restaurant gaining increased traffic and sales and the organization receiving a percentage of the sales made by its members as a donation.
How We Work

- Share your fundraising goals with us and the number of people you expect
- Request a date (we have Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays available)
- Collaborate with our Catering & Events Manager (we will provide a logo for you to use to promote your event)
- Have your community of followers dine in on the selected date (full price menu items only)
- Receive a check for 15% of the total sales (pre-tax and gratuity) for that day from guests who mention your fundraising initiative while dining at Campfire Evergreen.
How To Estimate Your Return
The best way to estimate how much money you can raise is to multiply your expected attendance by the average check of a restaurant and the donation %. Below is an example for illustrative purposes.
40 people (multiplied by) $55 (multiplied by) 15% = $330
While $330 might not seem like a lot, it really should be looked at relative to effort which should not have been high. Also, when considered in the context of an annual program, money raised from restaurant fundraisers could be quite significant and a great complement to your overall fundraising strategy.
